East Midlands Airport Visit
The Aviation Academy students visited the East Midlands airport Thomsonfly (Britannia) Training Centre on Wednesday 7th December. Activities involved learning how to work as a team to get passengers from a smoke filled cabin, disembarking a Boeing 757 aircraft via the escape slide, emergency equipment familiarization programme and role plays in simulated cabin. A great day was had by all.
