ILM Award in Team Leading – Skills for Supervisors

This Institute of Leadership and Management level 2 qualification is designed to
assist practising or potential team leaders gain the knowledge required to
develop basic team leading skills and to demonstrate successful application.
Assessment is achieved through practically based activities. The course content

This course offers the opportunity to gain the skills and knowledge to take charge
of an illness or injury occurring in the workplace. The course content includes:
